We specialize in freshly roasted coffee and related merchandise. Because coffee is roasted in small batches, product appearance, roast color, and tasting notes may vary slightly from batch to batch. These natural variations do not constitute defects. Product photographs are representative and may differ slightly from the actual product.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. Prices, promotions, shipping charges, and product availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, typographical mistakes, or inventory inaccuracies at any time, including after an order has been placed.

4. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

Suspected fraud
Pricing errors,
Inventory shortages
Unauthorized resale
Violation of these Terms

If an order is canceled after payment, any amount charged will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Coffee Sales

Freshly roasted coffee is a perishable food product. All coffee sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on coffee unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or we shipped the wrong item.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue.

6. Merchandise Returns

Unused merchandise may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery. Returned merchandise must:

Be unused
Be in original condition
Include original packaging when applicable

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless we shipped the wrong item or the item arrived damaged.

7. Shipping

Delivery dates are estimates only. Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delays caused by weather, carrier operations, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control are not our responsibility. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address may require additional shipping charges before being resent.
