Gneiss Beans
Notes: Cocoa, Roasted Peanuts, Caramel
A smooth, versatile Brazilian coffee that truly rocks.
Grown around Guaxupé in the cooler hills of Minas Gerais, Brazil, this semi-washed coffee comes from a network of smallholder farms at approximately 1,200 meters above sea level. The region’s climate and rich agricultural tradition produce a balanced, approachable cup that is easy to enjoy every day.
Gneiss Beans makes an exceptional espresso—smooth, full-bodied, and flavorful enough to stand up beautifully in cappuccinos and lattes. But don’t let that limit you: it is equally delicious as drip coffee, pour-over, French press, or AeroPress.
Named after gneiss, a banded metamorphic rock, this is one seriously nice bean—no matter how you brew it.
