Valle del Cauca Sugarcane Decaf
Tasting notes: Milk chocolate, almond, strawberry, vanilla, and citrus
All the flavor—without all the caffeine.
This specialty decaf comes from smallholder farms in Colombia’s beautiful Valle del Cauca, where coffee grows at approximately 1,750 meters above sea level. It offers a smooth, medium-bodied cup with notes of milk chocolate, almond, strawberry, vanilla, and bright citrus.
The coffee is washed and decaffeinated in Colombia using the sugarcane ethyl acetate process. Ethyl acetate derived from fermented sugarcane helps gently remove the caffeine while preserving the coffee’s natural sweetness, aroma, and character.
Enjoy it as drip coffee, pour-over, French press, or a flavorful decaf espresso. It also holds up beautifully in lattes and cappuccinos—proof that choosing decaf doesn’t mean giving up great coffee.
